Vendor Agreements

  1. Vendors residing on Fort Knox must have MWR approval to operate. Off-post vendors do not require approval. To obtain approval contact Berdetta Kwiatkowski at berdetta.j.kwiatkowski.naf@mail.mil, or 502.624.2628. Please contact the vendor chair when your business is approved.

  2. Vendors will supply their own 6-foot tables and chairs unless notified by the vendor coordinator that tables will be available.

  3. Vendors are required to provide FKSCC with a product suitable as an opportunity (door prize).  The opportunity should represent at least $25.00 in value and will be awarded in person at the event.

  4. Please identify the door prize by affixing a business card or label to it. The card will be displayed

    with the product during the event and will remain with the opportunity when awarded.

  5. A receipt for the opportunity will be given to the vendor if requested.

  6. Vendors agree to allow FKSCC to advertise their business information including company name,

    location, website, Facebook page, products, and owner’s names. This information is used exclusively for advertising purposes and may be used in print, radio, and social media. Any vendor that wishes any part of their information NOT to be used for advertising must let us know in writing and include it with this application.
