Vendor Agreements

1. Vendors residing on Fort Knox must obtain MWR approval to operate. Off-post vendors are not required to have this approval. There is a fee of $___ for members and $____ for nonmembers to register for events. Meals are not included and can be purchased at time of reservation.

2.One 6-foot table and chairs will be provided for mixer events. You will need to provide your own table coverings. For all other events, table and chair availability may vary and will be communicated on an individual basis.

3.Vendors are required to provide FKSCC with a product or service to be used as a door prize. The item must have a minimum value of $20 and will be awarded in person during the event.

Please clearly label the door prize with a business card or identifying tag. This information will be displayed with the item during the event and will remain attached when awarded.

4.A receipt for the donated door prize can be provided upon request.

5.Vendors agree to allow FKSCC to use their business information for promotional purposes. This may include company name, location, website, social media pages, products, and owner name(s). This information may be used across print, radio, and social media platforms. Vendors who wish to opt out of any portion of this usage must submit a written request with their application.

Submission of this form acknowledges that you agree to the above agreement.
